Leslie M. Waller currently works at Anova in New Providence, NJ with Global Sales leadership and Key Account Management responsibility for the Industrial Gas and Chemicals sales and application team. She has 26 + years of experience in the Industrial Gas Industry: Airco --- BOC --- Linde --- Messer LLC. Her career in Industrial Gases has spanned positions in engineering, sales, product management, key account management, sales leadership and market head. She most recently led Messer LLC North American market for Chemistry, Energy, and Environmental Industry.

Leslie is a native of Northern NJ (2nd eldest of 7 children). After hav-ing spent some time living in the Southeastern US and Texas, she cur-rently resides back in Northern NJ with her husband of 18 years and 3 sons, aged 13, 11, and 9.
