Prospective participants of The 65th Calorimetry Conference are encouraged to reserve their accommodations directly on the picturesque and scenic grounds of the Glen Eyrie Castle & Conference Center. The official CALCON 2010 accommodations package includes lodging and meals for the period of Sunday evening (July 18, 2010) through Friday noon (July 23, 2010). This all-inclusive five-day/five-night accommodations package affords CALCON registrants the flexibility to select amongst four different lodging options in accordance with their personal preferences and/or budgetary constraints. Conferees interested in reserving Castle Deluxe or Castle Premier accommodations should register early to ensure availability of such lodging.

The Organizing Committee strongly encourages conference registrants to consider inviting their students to attend CALCON 2010. The combination of economical lodging options and reduced student registration fees demonstrates our organization’s commitment to actively promote young scientist participation. Students who select the Economy Quad Package can attend The 65th Calorimetry Conference at an extremely economical cost of $ 550 (e.g., $ 300 for lodging/meals plus $ 250 student registration fee). Similarly, conference registrants traveling on a restricted budget may select the Economy Double Package to attend CALCON 2010 at an affordable cost of $ 915 (e.g., $ 420 for lodging/meals plus $ 495 conference registration fee). Conferees are advised to reserve accommodations early to ensure availability of their preferred lodging option.
