In honor of the scientific contributions of Professor Gerald S. Manning, who recently retired from the Rutgers faculty a workshop entitled "Electrostatic Effects in Biomolecular Structures" will be held on November 10-11, 2005 in the Fiber Optics Auditorium.

The conference will be sponsored by the Center for Molecular Biophysics and Biophysical Chemistry, the BioMaPS Institute for Quantitative Biology, and the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology.
