Professor Jing Li's recent development of rare-earth-free phosphors was featured at the American Chemical Society (ACS) national meeting on August 19, 2015. Out of more than 9000 papers accepted for this meeting, only 16 teams were highlighted at the ACS press conference. Prof. Li's team was the only one representing Rutgers there.
See the video of Prof. Li's team talking about the phosphor research at the press conference.
