Impact of Locally Delivered Salicylic Acid from a Poly(anhydride-ester) on Bone Regeneration in Diabetic Rats

The local and sustained delivery of salicylic acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), significantly increased diabetic bone regeneration and accelerated normoglycemic bone regeneration.
