We are looking to hire graduates with a Science Degree and a 3.2 GPA or higher. Please note, we do not sponsor and we are not near public transportation. This is a full time job paying in the range of 35K - 37K with a 6 month review. Overall Position Objectives: To manufacture quality medical devices and research products that are safe and effective and maintain process controls.
Position Responsibilities: Assist in the manufacturing of products in accordance with processing batch records. * Oversee production schedules and ensure appropriate deadlines are met. * Maintain process and environmental controls according to Standard Operating Procedures. * Conduct process validation/verification activities. * Keep work area cleaned and organized * Inspect work area upon arrival and departure for proper safety and cGMP housekeeping * Support validation/development initiatives and design transfer activities * Write and revise manufacturing procedures. * Clean and maintain manufacturing facility. * Qualify, maintain and calibrate production equipment in accordance with established schedules. * Maintain quality records including logbooks, binders, etc. * Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system. * Assist with training manufacturing personnel. * Maintain supplies and requisition as needed.
